Office visits will vary depending on services received. Corporate rates will vary depending on company needs.


Do you accept my insurance?

Movement Improvement (Stow location) does not accept insurance at this time. However, Dr. Clark can provide superbills for chiropractic services received if you would like to submit a claim to your insurance provider. Please note that we cannot provide superbills for Medicare claims. The Injury Center (Brooklyn location) does accept certain insurance plans. Please give us a call if you would like additional information regarding your specific plan: (216) 830-2225.

Dr. Clark provides services in Stow and Brooklyn at the following locations:

The Injury Center: 7575 Northcliff Ave. Brooklyn, OH 44144 Suite 405 (The big glass building behind Texas Roadhouse)


Do you accept workers compensation patients?

Movement Improvement does not accept workers compensation patients. The Injury Center does accept workers compensation claims. If you would like to receive treatment from Dr. Clark at the Injury Center, please call the service desk at (216) 830-2225.


how long will my appointment last?

Generally, new patient visits last 30-45 minutes. This will include a consultation, physical exam, and treatment session. All subsequent visits last approximately 20-30 minutes with Dr. Clark or 30-90 minutes with Ms. Fay depending on the service that you choose.


How Do i schedule my appointment?

You can schedule Movement Improvement appointments at our Stow location by clicking on the book now button on our website and scheduling a time that works for you. If you need to be scheduled at our Brooklyn office, please call our office at (216) 830-2225.


What if i need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you can do so by calling us at (440) 534-9209 or by cancelling online. If we are unable to answer the phone right away, simply leave your name and message, and we will take care of the rest for you.


Why do I have to sign an arbitration agreement?

Dr. Clark’s malpractice insurance provider dictates that patients agree to settle all legal disputes via arbitration as this is often a faster and cheaper alternative compared to a traditional trial by jury should a legal dispute need to be settled.


What will happen at my first appointment?

We actually have a page on our website that deals specifically with this question. If you go to our home page, there will be a tab at the top that reads "your first visit". Click this tab and it will take you through a typical first appointment so that you can know what to expect before the doctor arrives. We strongly encourage all of our new patients to read this page before their first appointment. 


do You sell gift certificates?

We currently sell gift certificates for massage therapy only (not chiropractic services). Digital gift certificates can be purchased online on our website, or you can pick up physical gift certificates in the office.


Do i have to leave a tip?

Tips are not required for Dr. Clark’s services. You are permitted to tip your massage therapist if you feel inclined to do so.

What if I am running late?

We allow for a patient to be up to 10 minutes late. After 10 minutes have passed, the doctor reserves the right to cancel the appointment for that day. We ask that you please be courteous to other patients who are waiting for treatment.
